Himachal Pradesh is one of the most picturesque states in the northern part of India, which is flocked by national and international travelers every year in huge numbers. “Geshna Prakriti Yatra” has devised Himachal Pradesh tour itinerary, a well-planned tour of 09 nights and 10 days that offers you a chance to explore four beautiful and popular hill towns and of this state Shimla, Manali, Dharamsala, Dalhousie and Amritsar. Wagah is a village and union council located in the Wagah Zone of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The town is famous for the Wagah border ceremony and also serves as a goods transit terminal and a railway station between Pakistan and India.

ITINERARY DETAILS

DAY 01 : ARRIVAL DELHI – SHIMLA

Once you arrive at the Delhi airport/ railway station, meet our representative who helps you with transfer to your first destination, Shimla by road. On reaching Shimla, first complete the check-in formalities at your hotel and take some rest. The evening is scheduled for shopping at the very popular Mall road. Also called The Mall, it is the town’s main street dotted with showrooms, restaurants and shops. This road bustles with tourist activity all day long.
Return back and after dinner, overnight stay in hotel at Shimla.

DAY 02 : SHIMLA – KUFRI – SHIMLA

The summer capital of British India, Shimla is home to a number of tourist attractions. After breakfast on day 2nd, leave your hotel for sightseeing. The list of attractions of the day includes Kufri a small mesmerizing hill town blessed with scenic locations, Jakhoo temple a popular ancient Hindu temple that is dedicated to Lord Hanumana, Shri Sankat Mochan temple another famed temple dating back to 1950’s, City Church second oldest church in North India that is constructed in Neo Gothic style and more. Later, take a walk on the The Ridge road to enjoy the amazing weather. Return back and after dinner, overnight stay in hotel at Shimla.

DAY 03 : SHIMLA – MANALI

3rd day, after breakfast, begin driving towards Manali. Treat your eyes to the snow-clad peaks and lush greenery, on the way.
Upon arriving, check-in at your hotel. Relax for some time. You are free to spend the day as per your liking. In the evening, visit the vibrant and sprawling Mall road for shopping. You can get your hands on some nice woolen clothes, handicrafts and more.
Return back and after dinner, overnight stay in hotel at Manali.

DAY 04 : VISIT TO SOLANG VALLEY SIGHTSEEING

4th day of the tour, once you have your breakfast, get all set to explore the mesmerizing hill town of Manali, which is also popular for offering interesting adventure opportunities to enthusiasts.
Today, you visit Solang valley. Once you visit this place, you can not only admire the enchanting scenery but you can also partake in different kinds of adventure activities such as paragliding, zip lining, rapling, rock climbing etc. Though inaccessible during winters, both these destinations bustle with tourist activities in the winter/summer season. Evening enjoy in Mall road.
Return back and after dinner, overnight stay in hotel at Manali.

DAY 05 : MANALI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

5th day after breakfast is fixed for visiting the attractions of Old Manali, which is home to a number of famous temples. Today, you visit Manu Temple close to the main market this temple is dedicated to Manu Rishi who was a popular Hindu Sage, Hadimba Devi temple an ancient temple that is dedicated to Hadmiba who was the wife of one of the five Pandavas Bhim and Vashisht temple believed to be around 4000 years old.
The next visit is to the Tibetan Monastery.
Later, meet the exotic wildlife of the region at Van Vihar National Park. Return back and after dinner, overnight stay in hotel at Manali.

DAY 06 : MANALI – DHARAMSHALA

Enjoy your morning breakfast, check-out the hotel and proceed to Dharamsala by road. After arriving in Dharamshala, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel.
The evening is yours to do as you like. The charming little town of Dharamshala wins the hearts of tourists through its lush greenery, mesmerizing landscape, pristine air and dense forests. Return back and after dinner, overnight stay in hotel at Dharamshala.

DAY 07 : DHARAMSHALA – DALHOUSIE

After breakfast, check-out the hotel and first visit to Dharamshala sightseeing; Bhagsunag Waterfalls, Bhagsunag Temple, Kareri Dal Lake. After sightseeing, drive your way towards Dalhousie, a beautiful hill station. Complete the check-in formalities at the hotel upon your arrival.
You have the entire evening to yourself. Named after Lord Dalhousie, who established this place as a summer retreat, it’s easy to succumb to it’s natural charms. You can explore this wonderful place on your own.
Return back and after dinner, overnight stay in hotel at Dalhousie.

DAY 08 : DALHOUSIE & KHAIJIAR SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, get ready for some exciting sightseeing in Dalhousie and Khaijiar. Enjoy adventure activity in Khaijiar haff day and visit haff day Dalhousie attractions like Panchpula, a beautiful picnic spot, Subhash Baoli, named after the freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose and Bara Pathar, a temple dedicated to Bhulwani temple.
Other attractions here include St. John’s Church and Bakrota Hills, which offer panoramic views of the surroundings.
Return back and after dinner, overnight stay in hotel at Dalhousie.

DAY 09 : DALHOUSIE – AMRITSAR

After breakfast, check-out the hotel and proceed to Amritsar by road.
On reaching, check-in the hotel and after freshen up take some rest.
Evening visit to Wagah border and attend beating retreat ceremony.
Return back and after dinner, overnight stay in hotel at Amritsar.

DAY 10 : AMRITSAR – DELHI DEPATURE

After breakfast, check-out the hotel and proceed to Delhi.
On reaching, drop at airport/ railway station.
